By Their Fruits Ye Shall Know Them

At the beginning of April, I attempted planting a container garden.  So far these are THE ONLY, and I mean ONLY things that have come of it.

Those 2 puny blueberries, and one pretty awesome tomato.

*pout*

Yesterday it was 112 degrees, so I'm not holding out for much more.

Blueberries actually don't (or shouldn't) produce much their first season while it is establishing. Maintain the bush and it will come back next year and produce fruit for ya. :)

I was going to say the same thing. I have a raspberry patch in the backyard the produces mostly leaves! I remember in Idaho it took me 3 years before I got my raspberries producing well. Probably the same for blueberries. Good job for trying, I think anything green is success. :)
