I'm feeling lousy, staying indoors today. I kinda wish I had a secret cave right now so I could NEVER come out. A cave with candy bars, plush bedding, and cable TV, that is.
Actually, I'm working on something to add to my Etsy shop, something completely new and different. This process is both exhilarating and frustrating. I like the thrill of creating entirely from scratch, yet I want it to hurry up and turn out perfect on the very first try. Which it never does.
**sigh**
On a happier note, Mother's Day weekend is going to be pretty awesome. The big man and I are even going on a legitimate DATE tomorrow night to celebrate some big news! (I'll tell ya later.) Oh dang, guess that mean I'm going to have to leave the cave.

NO FAIR!!! You CANNOT say that there is big news pending and not spill your guts about it right then and there.
Your project reminds me of the kind of thing I used to make capes out of for the kids...that would sell on itsy wouldn't it? Capes like on Lord of the Rings...
anyway, hope your Mother's day date is smashing and that you feel better soon.
