Sorry I didn't update yesterday. Lots going on! Here's how our day went, in "caveman" so that I don't get to rambling on and on....
6:50 wake up
Get big boys ready and off to the bus stop
Jason and I are ALMOST ready, need to leave for hospital in 10 min.
Get phone call from neighbor, bus driver is asking for me to come down there
I SPRINT to bus, Tucker standing at top of steps with blood running down his face
(He tripped and hit forehead on a rock)
Took him home and cleaned him up
Called neighbor and asked if she could watch him so we could leave for our appt.
Called another friend to see if she could take him back to school since neighbor told me she was going to the school that morning anyway.
Said silent prayer of thanks for these two ANGELS that saved me!!!
Left for appointment 3o min late
Got checked in, Cooper got adorable blue hospital gown to wear
Got to accompany him until he was unconcious (only about 3 breaths)
Joined him again in recovery as he came off anesthesia
Cradled him for 30 min while he slept like a rock
He kept juice down, so we went home.
Spent rest of day easing back into solid foods.
Doctor said all looked normal - no apparent problems.
Biopsies taken will have results back in a week.
Happy to know that likely it's not anything "serious"
But all the diahrrea -- still a mystery.
**SIGH**
Here is Tucker's scraped up face. The darkest spot on his forehead is where the rock gave him a deeper "puncture" type wound. It bled a lot at first, but stopped quickly and was nothing serious. Yikes, what a day!

What a day is right! Glad your two boys are going to be okay.
Of all the days for a bus stop injury. . . I'm so glad it all worked out okay. I can't imagine getting my baby through all that
DANG! That's a lot going on for one morning.
I'm glad Tucker's injury wasn't very serious, and that Cooper did well and has no apparent "serious" problems.
Good luck with biopsy and all that may follow!!
