I love that song! It is often quoted around our family. I grew up in a house of sisters, and while it was more often than not a cat fight, we are pretty close these days!
This weekend was filled with lots of SISTER fun! First my mother-in-law's sister was in town visiting, and they came to see us. The boys eventually talked them into playing a little Rock Band, so here's Aunt Trish killing it on the guitar...

Here are the sisters singing Bon Jovi's "Dead or Alive." I'm naming the song for you, because if I didn't, you might not have known! HAHAHA Sorry it's horribly dark, terrible video, and probably not funny except to family, but I just had to include it!
Then later that night, my mom and all of her daughters went to our local dinner theatre together. This was Mom's birthday gift from Dad, tickets for everyone! Both my sisters' AND my mom's birthdays are in September, so we all kinda celebrate together, and I just have to settle for celebrating my half-birthday. :(
Poor Dad, his only real choice in shows that were playing right now was "Honkey Tonk Angels." When we saw that title, we all groaned and snickered, but we were grateful for the night out anyway. It ended up being pretty fun. However, I wish you could get a good look at all the tables around us -- we were seriously the only people there under the age of 70. Yee HAW! Thanks Sisters!!!

The sister thing. . . I always get a little depressed because I have no sisters. I think that's why I love having all girls. I'm living through them! Lucky you! How fun to be so close to them.
what a cute triple threat of sisters. You guys looked like you had a lot of fun with mom. You're all dressed up and pretty. You make me wish that I was closer to my sister now. :) Glad you guys had fun though, and i'm sure you were really into the show, cheering along with all the oldies, did you remember to put you dentures back in after the show?
This makes me wish I had sisters!!! I guess Kim will probably wish the same thing when she is older. But hey! She'll have me to party with!!!
SUPER CUTE BACKGROUND! I think it's my very favorite that I've ever seen on anyone else's blog. :)
That video of mom is HILARIOUS! It's kinda embarrassing to watch, but so dang funny.
I've never seen that movie before. The "blue eyes" "brown eyes" part was funny.
You look like you have a great time with your sisters. And I've only been to a dinner theatre a couple of times, but I love it! :)
