I had to go to the store today and grab some more NyQuil for my honey. When I was checking out, the cashier said, "You have to be 18 to buy the cold medicine."
Uhhh... did she just CARD me? Do you see this baby sitting here in the cart? Did she think I was a teenage mom? Boy, I haven't had that one in a while.
I was laughing out loud as I got out my I.D. and told her I'm on my way to 34. Then I saw the old man behind me in line start to snicker.
I can't decide whether to be flattered or insulted....? HAHAHAHA

I get that ALL the time, only usually people think I'm 12 and always feel that they have the right to ask my age (25). In my case I would take it as an insult (since it's really difficult to ever be taken seriously) but in your case I would take it as a compliment. I didn't think you were even 30 yet, you are looking really great :)

I'm soooo jealous of your disney trip. Stinks you got sick though. I think almost every time we go to Nevada to visit we get the flu and end up spending the first couple of days on the couch. Nothing is worse than getting sick on your vacation. Way to tough it out for the kids though.
