A little update on Cooper and me: It's finally been decided that he is graduating to formula! Since this child was vehemently resistant to taking a bottle, I was quite scared for the change. I braced for the storm: a week or so of crying and fighting and not eating enough. Luckily for me, a magic fairy visited him in the night and sprinkled "good behavior dust" all over that crib. He woke up on day 1 and drank that whole bottle without a single whimper! I could not have been more shocked, or relieved. He has done fabulous ever since!
And consequently, due to the other kind of burning in your bosom, I have made a new purchase....
Yipee! I highly recommend this brand (The First Years), if you're looking for something affordable. It has saved my life. So it seems as if we are over the worst of the transitioning, and mom and Cooper are both very happy!
