Another tremendous THANK YOU to those who donated to the March of Dimes on behalf of my family. We kept our "goal" pretty modest this year due to the crummy economy, and although it kept changing over there on the sidebar (hmmm.... who kept messing with that!?!) we ended up with a total of $360! Yay!
My little household did not actually do the walking this year, but here's a cute picture of my sisters and parents (and an assortment of other small creatures) who did.
They had a great time in some beautiful weather. All of the festivities provided are very fun and promote such a positive atmosphere. There are small sobering moments, however, that remind us of the real reason that we do all of this.
We miss our little girl cousin dearly, and smile in the hope that maybe just maybe some future families don't ever have to go through this.
