This and That

The days are kind of blurring together right now. Jason was out of town last Wed - Sun on a camping trip so I had "fun" with just me and kids. We are glad he is back. My parents are both in Utah for my nephew's baptism. That night my mom got really sick, didn't even make her flight home, and ended up being hospitalized for dehydration. The day she was released then my dad got it. Boy they are having lots of fun on their trip.

Yesterday my best BYU friend's husband stayed with us. He is in town to interview for a fellowship at the Barrow Neurological Institute. He has many other interviews across the country, but of course I'm pulling for this one so she will move here. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time convincing the Alaskan-born girl to embrace the warmth of the Phoenix area. If it happens (big IF) then 3 of my college girlfriends will have moved to the valley from all corners of North America. WOW...wish I could say I had anything to do with it, but hey, it's just great to have them close!

Coming up: This Saturday I'm doing the March of Dimes walk. We are looking forward to it, especially Mitchell. He has been talking about if for the past 6 months at least.
